Again! Gunmen attack Ogbaru Council area in Anambra

Gunmen on Friday launched another attack on Ogbaru Local Government Area secretariate of Anambra State.
Though no life was lost, the state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Tochukwu Ikenga in a statement made available to journalists in Awka on Friday said the attack was launched in the early hours of Friday.
He however noted that the attack was foisted by the gallant officers of the State, who resisted the gunmen.
The statement partly read, "No life was lost in the attack, even though some property were affected in the Secretariat.
"A joint security operation is still ongoing in the area."
This is not the first time such attack have taken place at the facility but unsuccessful.
