Controversial cross dresser, Idris Okuneye, aka, Bobrisky has been released from the kirikiri maximum prison in Lagos.
Okuneye was in April sentenced to six months in jail for Naira abuse which he pleaded guilty to, but the prosecuting Judge, Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court, ruled that the jail term commenced on March 24, 2024, the day of his arrest.

Okuneye who looked excited in a video posted on his Instagram page after his release said he's happy, saying, "Hey guys, Its your mummy of Lagos. How are you? I missed you guys so much. I can't wait to have you guys, tell you what I have missed, what you guys gave missed. We love you."
Okuneye who was in a black Mercedes car with two ladies then asked the per
son seated next to him, who he referred to as, aunty Deola to speak.
The aunt in response thanked God that Bob is finally out, saying, "OK guys, finally Bob is out and we thank God and we thank everybody for their support and everything."
In the video, Okuneye looked refreshed, appearing to have put on some weight
